There is nothing I love more than shooting at a fantastic new location. Submit your location to me via email: info@andreahautala.com. Tell me all about what is there and why it would be a great place for portraits. You don’t have to tell me where it is unless you win. If you provide a picture of it, I am more likely to choose it. The only requirements for it are that it needs to be within 20 minutes of Olympia, and you have to either know it is a public place, or have permission to use it, or it is on your own property. This can be a cabin, gorgeous gardens, an old run down house…a field of flowers- just use your imagination
The location winner gets a free session and an 8×10 portrait.
This contest will run through June! I will announce the winner on this blog!

Sometimes one year olds can be quite a challenge. But this little guy was so much fun! I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed capturing him, in all his seriousness and silly grins. And I’m thrilled that I was able to capture this beautiful family before they move out of state. M. and J., you are going to have a hard time choosing!
I can’t believe Summer is so close! Looking at my calendar for available openings, I realized that June is going to be the most available month this summer!
May is completely booked but I have four openings the first week in June–the 5th in the am, the 6th, and the 9th in the am. The remainder of June is pretty open at the moment.
In July, openings are on July 20, 26, 28 PM, and 31.
In August, openings are on August 3, 14, 15, 23, 25, 29, 31.
That’s it, the rest of the summer calendar is booked!
Once school starts in the fall, I will have much more availability, and some early evenings as well for senior sessions.
