I had the honor of photographing a fellow photographer’s girls the other day, and we had so much fun in the studio. If ever you are looking for a fabulous and talented wedding and boudoir photographer, Susan of Whimsical Photo Design is your gal! This is me recommending her if you are here looking for a wedding photographer. Anyway, I digress. Here’s some of our favorites from her session:
I photographed this bebe’s older sister just a year ago last June as a newborn, and had the honor of getting to photograph little sister last month.
Newborn and Sister is the name of the title, in case you don’t understand German (which I do not, by the way).
Big sister was 18 months old and not all together interested in having her portraits taken with her beautiful new sister (as most aren’t at this age), Â but I have a few tricks up my sleeve and prevailed! Â Aren’t they not just two perfect beauties? Â Â I think so!
I’ve gotten the chance to photograph these two children separately over the last year or so, and was thrilled when I got the call to photograph them altogether for family portraits. Â I always love it when everyone matches so beautifully together too. Â

Another summer session at my outdoor studio that I haven’t had a chance to post. The girls were absolute angels to photograph.
It’s always been my approach that families are best photographed in their homes, or on their own property, or a beautiful location, other than in the studio. So when I got the phone call to photograph this beautiful family, I jumped at the chance to photograph them at their house. Isn’t their view just lovely?
