Our ever popular mini sessions for fall / holiday / whatever you want. Now through November 20th. Extremely limited weekends available so book early if you need a Saturday morning, because they will go quicker than you can say pumpkin pie. In fact, if you book on a weekday before 4 pm, I’ll give you $25 credit toward your print order!

I have lived here in the Steamboat Island vicinity for over 12 years now and it wasn’t until just recently year when we were showing house guests the area that we realized that the seals come up to rest on the pilings at the Carolyn Beach marina, which is just a stone’s throw from our home.    The beauty of the entire area is just breathtaking on a gorgeous day, don’t you agree?    For those that don’t know the area, that’s our lovely Mt. The movie, Avatar?   It’s amazing how they can make the characters look so real with all their graphic design magic.   My daughter loved the look of the Avatar so much she asked me to make her into one.   Well a little photoshopping turned into ALOT of photoshopping (no instant make-me-into-an-avatar button here) and this was the result.   She’s thrilled with her new look.   For me, it might take some getting used to.

What a fun couple! And even though this little one wanted nothing to do with sleeping, we tuckered him out in the end and got some great sleeping shots.

I had the pleasure of helping Tessa with her high school photography project, and got to photograph her for her senior portraits to boot. We had a great time!!

In a panic because your yearbook deadline is fast approaching for your school (Capital High School is November 13!)  AHP Seniors offers a complimentary session for your yearbook image (a quick 10-15 minutes and you choose your image on the spot, and we’ll email it directly to your yearbook advisor) when you book your senior session for the spring.

Fall mini sessions are perfect for getting images for Holiday cards, or if you have been in for a full session already and just want to capture some updated images for cards, or if you would like to try us out for a shorter session vs. a full length one.

We switched one of the October dates to Sunday, and added an additional date later in the fall (November 7) to accommodate “dawdlers.”  (You wouldn’t believe how many inquiries I get the week before Christmas of those wanting to do sessions & get their prints/cards back before December 24th!)

For those that desire a full session with Andrea Hautala Photography, we still have availability for weekday sessions.   (Sorry weekends are full at this point).  And lastly, if you are a 2009 client and desire to purchase holiday cards from your earlier session, just give us a call or shoot us an email before November 6th, to order your cards.
